The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK73VR is a fit for a 2022 Lexus NX 350 but as of right now (July 2023) we don't have a tee-type fitting like the TK73VR confirm to fit, but I do have an alternative with the ZCI Wiring Kit # 119250KIT.

Currently I do not see anyone manufacturing a trailer hitch receiver which is compatible with your 2023 Lexus NX 350 F-Sport including the Curt # C33NR you found.
